At Aspira Mailer, we offer digital email marketing and bulk messaging services delivered instantly upon purchase or subscription activation. Due to the nature of these services, we maintain a strict No Return / No Refund policy.

Digital Service — No Physical Returns

Our services are entirely digital and delivered electronically. As such, there is nothing to “return.” Once a subscription or plan is activated, it is considered used.

No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for:
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Unused or partially used subscriptions.
  • Accidental or mistaken purchases.
  • Downtime caused by third-party services or incorrect user configurations.
  • Non-usage or under-utilization of available features.

All sales are final, and all fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.
  • Failure to deliver service due to verified technical faults solely attributable to Aspira Mailer, not including email deliverability issues due to poor list quality, content, or blacklisted domains.

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction, along with valid proof and reasoning.
